These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Letters from Wendy website at lettersfromwendy.com (the “Site”), operated by Holly Speck Books (Ontario Business Identification Number 1001775039), the business of the author writing as Holly Speck (“I”, “me”, “my”) in Ontario, Canada. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About the Site
The Site provides information about the book Letters from Wendy: My mother’s cancer journey told through ten letters by Holly Speck, with letters by Wendy Elizabeth Campbell. The Site does not currently offer accounts, purchases, or forms.
2. Copyright and ownership
All content on the Site — including the book text, excerpts, the letters written by Wendy Elizabeth Campbell, the cover art and design, photographs, and other text and images — is protected by copyright and belongs to Holly Speck Books, or is used with permission. All rights reserved.
You may view the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, adapt, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission, except for brief quotations used in reviews or commentary with proper attribution, as permitted by the Copyright Act (Canada). The book and the Site describe one family’s personal experience with cancer.
